Terms of Use

Version 3

The short version

NOXA is a static, non-custodial interface to permissionless smart contracts that anyone can call directly on-chain. Tokens are created by users, not by us, and nothing here is endorsed, vetted, or financial advice. Smart contracts are experimental technology and trading is highly volatile: you can lose everything you put in. We never hold your funds or keys. Data is provided as-is. Use NOXA only if this is acceptable to you and legal where you are.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOXA website and interface (the "Interface"). By accessing the Interface, connecting a wallet, or interacting with the protocol through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. The Interface and the Protocol

The Interface is one of many possible ways to interact with a set of permissionless smart contracts deployed on public blockchains (the "Protocol"). The Protocol's contracts execute exactly as written and can be called by anyone directly on-chain, through independently built interfaces, or through developer tooling, all without requiring the Interface. The current configuration and ownership status of any Protocol contract can be verified on-chain at any time. Tokens launched through the Protocol are deployed as standard on-chain token contracts, and their trading liquidity lives in permissionless automated market maker protocols such as Uniswap v3. None of this requires the Interface, and it all continues to function even if the Interface is unavailable.

We do not own, control, or operate the underlying blockchains, and we cannot reverse, modify, or cancel transactions, take custody of assets held in the Protocol, or alter deployed token or pool contracts.

The Protocol and the broader technology it relies on are experimental. Smart contracts may contain unknown vulnerabilities, blockchains may fork, congest, or reorganize, and wallets and other tooling may fail.

3. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may use the Interface only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to do so. You may not use the Interface if you are located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to economic sanctions or listed on any list of prohibited or restricted parties. You are solely responsible for determining that your use of the Interface is legal where you are, and for complying with all laws that apply to you.

4. Non-Custodial; Your Wallet

The Interface is non-custodial. We never take possession of your assets, hold your private keys, or execute transactions on your behalf. Every transaction is composed, signed, and broadcast by you through your own wallet, and you alone are responsible for its safekeeping. If you lose access to your wallet or approve a malicious transaction, no one, including us, can recover your assets.

5. User-Created Tokens; No Endorsement

Tokens visible through the Interface are created permissionlessly by third parties, not by NOXA. Token creation is a direct on-chain call to the Protocol's factory contract, which anyone can make with or without the Interface. The appearance of any token, name, symbol, image, link, or description on the Interface does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or vetting of any kind. Token names, symbols, and metadata are supplied by their creators and may be misleading, offensive, or infringing. Anyone can create a token, including tokens designed to defraud buyers. Always do your own research.

6. Assumption of Risk

By using the Interface you acknowledge and accept, among others, the following risks: total loss of funds; extreme price volatility and illiquidity; smart contract bugs and exploits; blockchain failures, forks, and reorganizations; wallet and key management failures; front-running and other adversarial trading behavior; fraudulent or malicious tokens; and regulatory uncertainty. Digital assets are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and are not covered by deposit insurance or investor protection schemes.

You should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

7. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. All information is provided for informational purposes only. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary, and no communication from us establishes such a relationship.

8. Data and Availability

The discovery catalog is a static snapshot and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Contract state is read from the RPC endpoint selected by the user, and an RPC provider may fail, censor requests, or return incorrect data. The on-chain state is the sole source of truth. External DEX and chart links are operated by third parties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Interface, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee its availability.

9. Fees

The Protocol may apply fees to certain operations, such as launching or trading tokens, according to parameters recorded on-chain. Blockchain networks additionally charge transaction fees that we do not control and do not receive. Applicable fees are visible on-chain and, where practical, surfaced in the Interface before you confirm a transaction.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Interface to violate any law, sanction, or regulation; to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering; to infringe the rights of others; to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface or its infrastructure; or to introduce malicious code. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Interface where required to do so.

11. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining what taxes, if any, apply to your transactions, and for reporting and remitting them to the appropriate authorities.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Interface may display content from or link to third-party services, such as block explorers, charting providers, wallets, and social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

13. Third-Party Names and No Affiliation

NOXA is an independent third-party interface. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NOXA is also not affiliated with any blockchain network, exchange, wallet, explorer, or other third-party service referenced by the Interface. Names such as "Robinhood Chain" identify the relevant public blockchain network. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Intellectual Property

The NOXA name, logo, and the design of the Interface are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Interface for its intended purpose. Content supplied by token creators remains their responsibility.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA IT DISPLAYS IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NOXA, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE INTERFACE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOXA, its contributors, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and incrementing the version shown above. When the version changes you will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Interface. Your continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through NOXA's official public channels.
